Project Scope:
In the Land Use Planning course, our team established BEAK Consulting, a specialized planning firm based in New York. Our expertise lies in community development, where we employ a thorough assessment of urban interventions to champion bottom-up planning strategies.

Commissioned by the Town of Pink in Oklahoma, our role involved conducting comprehensive ArcGIS analyses to evaluate current environmental conditions. Informed by local community input, we meticulously integrated concerns to craft land use and development management plans, prioritizing goals centered around equity, such as increasing affordable housing stock and implementing multi-modal pilot programs.
